Hello friends, say hi to this shy little blue fellow – and his sister right behind. His name is Nature. He is one of us. It’s not about them and us, or ‘they’ and ‘we’ … We are all nature, we are in this together. If Nature dies, we die.
The last week has been emotional. Young people fighting for climate, for their beliefs – for their future. They show anger, resentment … desperate words and emotions. Beautiful young energies. We should listen to them.
And we should listen to our inner voice. What can I do? Words come easy – to take action, show responsibility is what they are asking for. So let’s go beyond talk. Let us – each and every one of us – do something. Every little thing counts. We can, and we will.
It shouldn’t be about anger and resentment. It should be about working together, about community, about sharing, and most of all, it should be about love.

For noen bilder! Jeg hopper ikke over budskapet, men du verden for noen flotte bilder. For et øye du har. Hva du ser.
Bare bildene og setningen “We are all nature, we are in this together.
Tusen takk for super respons. God søndag, med klem min venn.
Henry Beston wrote some beautiful things about the way we interact with the world around us – The Outermost House is a wonderful study on the natural world; your piece echoes these sentiments beautifully. These climate kids are quite wonderful.
Such a pleasure to read your words Patrick. This morning I ordered Bestons book. I couldn’t agree with you more – and these wonderful kids are our future. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
